All of these will be 4 sets of 10-12 reps or 4 x 10-12

Day 1 Back, Biceps, Forarms

Deadlifts
Bentover Rows - Bar
Pull-ups overhand regular width - total of 20
Bar Curls
Reverse Curls
Forarm Curls
Forarm Reverse Curls

Day 2 Chest, Deltoids, Triceps

Dumb Bell (DB) Bench
DB Incline Bench
Overhead Press
DB Side Laterals
Clsoe Grip Bench
